Can I change/edit my order?

Our system processes your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore, we are unable to make changes to the following items: shipping/billing address, order contents, shipping method, inserting promo code.

I received the wrong order, what do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong order! We try our best to make sure this doesn't happen but if it does, please contact us at support@staniel.com with your order number and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?

What if the suit I want is sold out?

Depending on the style, we will restock as soon as possible. Be sure to subscribe on our homepage to be notified for restocks and other announcements! If the style you want is not restocked but you'd like it to be, please send us an email at support@staniel.com.

What are my shipping options?

We offer ground and 2nd day air shipping for all US domestic orders. For international orders, we offer standard and expedited shipping. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout but do not include processing times.

How long does it take to process an order? 

All US domestic orders are processed in 1-5 business days but may be subject to delays during sales periods, holidays, and new collection drops. For international orders, please allow for an additional 5 business days.

When will my order ship?

For US domestic orders, ground ships in 1-5 business days and 2nd day air ships in 2 business days. For international orders, standard shipping varies based on your location and expedited ships out in 2-5 business days. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout but do not include processing times.

Returns & Exchanges

I am located in the U.S. - what is your return & exchange policy?   

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic (U.S.) orders! To make a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered) with tags and liners attached and your request must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Items that are purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and we do not refund original shipping fees. If you'd like to make an exchange, we can swap out sizes and colors to suit your needs - as long as the item meets the conditions listed above. Please note we reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return or exchange arrives in a condition which does not meet our policy. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to get started!

I am located outside the U.S. - what is your return & exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. All international orders are final sale.
